Terms of service

These terms govern your use of SecretWolf, operated by P2xel Ltd (company 14736585). By creating a workspace you agree to them.

The service

SecretWolf provides one-time secret sharing, secret requests, branding, an audit trail and related features, subject to your plan. We may improve or change features over time.

Acceptable use

Don't use SecretWolf to break the law, send malware, phish, or infringe others' rights. Public intake forms (portals) are yours to moderate; abuse may be rate-limited or blocked.

Your data & security

You keep ownership of your content. We encrypt secrets with AES-256-GCM and delete one-time payloads on view or expiry. See our Security and Privacy pages.

Billing

Paid plans are billed via Stripe in advance. Prices exclude VAT. You can cancel anytime; downgrades are non-destructive — existing links keep working, new gated features stop.

Availability & liability

We aim for high availability but provide the service "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding 12 months.
