Do prices include VAT?
No — prices are shown excluding VAT. UK VAT is added at checkout where applicable.
What happens if I downgrade or cancel?
Downgrades are non-destructive: existing one-time links keep working, and features gated to a higher tier — a custom domain, the audit log — simply stop being offered. You can cancel anytime.
What happens when I reach 3 active secrets on Free?
Creating a fourth is blocked until a slot frees up, and SecretWolf tells you so — view or delete an existing secret, or upgrade. It's a limit on how many are live at once, not on how many you can ever send: a secret stops counting the moment it's viewed or expires, so the slot comes back on its own.
How many users are included?
Free is one user, Team up to five, and Business up to fifteen — one price per workspace, not per seat.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, on Business — serve secure links from your own custom domain with automatic HTTPS. Team includes a branded subdomain and your logo.
Is single sign-on included, or an add-on?
Included with Business — there is no separate identity charge. Connect Microsoft Entra ID or Google Workspace, and an owner can require it for members. It doesn't change the seat count: Business is one price per workspace for up to fifteen users.
