Why we built it

Passwords still get emailed. They get pasted into Slack, dropped into tickets, and left sitting in a shared doc long after anyone needed them. Every one of those is a copy of a secret you can't take back. For teams who hand credentials to clients all day — agencies, MSPs, accountants, IT desks — that's a standing risk and an awkward conversation with a client's security reviewer.

SecretWolf exists to make the secure way the easy way: send a credential as a one-time, encrypted link that carries your brand, verifies the recipient, and is destroyed the moment it's read — with an audit trail that proves the handover happened. The clever part isn't the encryption; it's that doing the right thing takes one step, not five.

How we handle your data

We keep as little as possible: secret payloads are encrypted and hard-deleted on view or expiry, and the audit log stores metadata only — never the secret. The detail is on the security and compliance pages.
